To unpack the LZMA compression, I used Stuffit Expander (for OS X), but you can probably use 7-Zip as well - you may need to add the file extension.
I then ran it through, which allows one to download it separately. I forgot to note the URL of this specific tool, and now I cannot find it anymore! Such a shame because this hint was crucial. Stupidly, I closed that window to look up what 'LZMA' is. I ran the installer through an online EXE inspector which told me the 102 resource contained LZMA compressed data.
